Super-vision for
coaches and therapists
Supervision is a formal and protected time for you to reflect on your practice, whether you work as a Coach or a Therapist or both.
A confidential, collaborative framework
Supervision provides a confidential framework within which you can work collaboratively in a trusting professional and peer relationship. Solo practice with clients can feel isolating, especially when you feel stuck.
Having a supervisor allows you to explore how you interact with clients, address client needs and interventions, examine your reactions and emotions, and support your personal development.
Sessions: Most supervisees contract for 1–1.5 hours per month on a regular basis. Available face-to-face in Oxford, virtually, or in group settings. Fees vary based on your stage of practice development.
