Anne has over twenty-five years' experience in private practice as a psychotherapist and supervisor, alongside more than thirty years in business consultancy as an executive coach and coach supervisor.
She is an accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor with NLPtCA, UKCP and BACP, an accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist through BSCH, and a member of the British Psychological Society. Anne is also a Fellow member of the Association for Coaching and an Honorary member of APECS.
Anne specialises in Solution Focused Therapy, Symbolic Modelling, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and EMDR — interventions known for their considerable success in resolving deep-seated issues and building a positive mindset. She is trauma-trained and uses a trauma-informed approach throughout her practice.
She works with individuals and organisations, providing therapy, coaching, and supervision for mental health, wellbeing, and professional development. Anne is also a Law Society accredited relationship mediator.

First Session
A deeper exploration lasting up to 1.5 hours, where we agree the programme, approach and desired outcomes together.
Ongoing Work
Tailored sessions — typically one hour — at a frequency that suits your needs. Telephone, email and video support between sessions.
Resolution
Most clients see meaningful progress within 4–6 sessions. Reviews at agreed intervals ensure the work stays on track.
